About Dr. Osborn
Carl Osborn D.O., P.C. has specialized in treating patients suffering from acute and chronic pain since 1985. He combines traditional and alternative methods to achieve the best possible results. Dr. Osborn is known internationally as a prolotherapy instructor, is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management, and a member of the board of directors for the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine. He is also a member of the International Spine Intervention Society and is board certified in family practice.
