Her ‘wellness’ philosophy consists of one basic truth, balance in all areas of life. When it comes to diet, Cathy likes to implement the simple 80/20 healthy eating rule… as she well knows it’s a virtual given that we can’t all eat healthy 100% of the time, she suggests a balancing your input by encouraging her patients to shoot for eating well 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time she tells them to enjoy whatever makes their taste buds zing!
From carb counting, to nutrition, medication counseling, exercise and behavior modification, Cathy Miller has so much to offer VW patients.
